To grasp a piece of knowledge and its nuance and its implications and its problems and the potential solutions, there needs to be a foundation of agreed upon terms and agreed upon history and background and players and the hidden games of each. …and those will be the Topics of this Course in the Climate Fund – a collected and set-aside pile of money that will handle the effects to the climate that we are causing today that won’t show up for 50 or so years. The efforts and resources required for that effort will need the resources and efforts that we prepare for now.
